I loved my stay at Arya Niwas and it surprises me that it is a two star hotel. The first thing that struck me was the staff are always smiling and happy to help. The whole place is spotless and furnished with beautiful artwork. I loved the bowls of water with floating petals and flower outside every room.

We stayed there in march 2009. We arrive at 7.30 in Bikaner and have no problem to find a rickshaw to bring us to Vinayak. It looks as we expected, a quit small guest-house with a courtyard and a terrace with a roof. It is wonderful to sit there and enjoy the fine dinners.

We stayed there in march 2009 on a two day trip from Bikaner. It is a very clean hotel with frescoes all over the place. We looked at the different rooms and the expensive ones are very beautiful. We found those of 600 rs good enough for one night.
There is a nice roof restaurant with a limited choice of dishes.

The decades old Brindavan Hotel does not bother to advertise or even to set up a website. It is content to run by word of mouth, and it is always busy! Location and price are its USP. Stayed here Easter 2009 as a solo female traveller. Owner suggested I stayed in a room in the hotel rather than the cottages as he said it was safer for women! Had a nice, clean room with shower, fan & TV overlooking the garden: single 750 & double 850...it seemed anywhere you wanted to go such as the Osho ashram cost 30 rupees. ... read more »
