Somewhat higher end hotel ideal for overnights near the Delhi airports, 4 km from the international and 12 from thew domestic. Room rates include a breakfast buffet and airport transfers. You'll be met by someone holding a clearly visible placard with your name amidst the airport chaos, a welcome site after a long flight. It's 1/1/2 kms to Gurgaon and 16 km to the City Center (Cannaught Place). My room for both stays was immaculate. For many travelers, this will be out-of-reach, or a splurge - the nicest place you'll stay if you're traveling on a shoestring. I found it to be an excellent way to start the trip, get things off on a rested foot, and end it, too - get all that grime off and prepare for the long flight home and transition back to reality. Standard amenities: mini-bar, tea/coffee maker, toiletries, room service, good restaurant, hot water and good water pressure, currency exchange, even free in-room wi-fi (get the password from the front desk). We stayed here two nights in late March 2007. An excellent hotel! I worried at first, because we didn?t see the hotel?s driver at the Delhi airport anywhere in the crowd holding a sign with my name on it.
