Not the best place to stay in but close to the Tiger Reserve gate and the cheapest place to stay with some good thali food also available inhouse. There is a STD booth available to make any local or international calls. Very basic place to stay. We stayed here in Nov/Dec. 2004. I don't believe there is too much of a choice in the budget category. We stayed in a little cottage with a porch. The bathroom plumbing is interesting. The owner was "friendly". Bucket hot water was hot. Food was really good, talis, it's about 45rs and food is served 2X/day. The kitchen ... read more »
