Friendly and spotlessly clean

The location of this place really couldn't be bettered, just yards from Marine Drive, close to the restaraunts on VN Road and an easy walk from Colaba. Breakfast is no longer free but, at Rs 60, is still a great bargain. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - and the place is absolutely spotless.

This hotel is really easy to find, just tells the taxi driver to go to the Ambassador Hotel in Churchgate, and Chateau Windsor is the building next door. The reception is on the 5th floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chateau Windsor, We could not believe the service we received there, Mr Raja the manager was so knowledgable and helpful, also the owners are such genuine people. The breakfast were included in the room fee and we excellent. The location was perfect we were walking distance to most attractions ... read more »
