A very clean and safe hostel in a nice compound with lots of greenery and birds. The flock of geese was a very nice touch (if you don't mind their honking in the morning!). The food was decent but nothing more can be said about it and the choice was quite limited, so you might consider eating out once in a while.

I picked this seemingly decent-looking mid-range hotel just near Residency, but it turned out to be something else than I expected: badly lit hallways, very sad looking rooms and an even sadder bathroom attached, 2 small beds, not particularily clean, a TV set that wasn't working and that was later replaced, no natural light ... read more »

Quite convienient if you find yourself having an early morning flight delayed after landing at Chennai in the small hours of the morning.The room given to us was really 3rd rate with a few a/c machines outside the window.Staff strong it a bit with the baggage ie 4 bags 6 staff,all wanting tip.
