This was our 3rd stay at Paradise and we will not be going back unless we are desperate for a room. The noise, dust, lack of consideration by management & staff with no apologies for late night noise by tradespeople cooking in the new room additions was enough to send us to another hotel close-by. While the room was very nice, I hated the lazy, lying staff in this place.
When I booked it online, they advised that the cheapest rooms were no longer available, yet they had some when we arrived. The power was out and so was the elevator and the bellhops refused to bring our luggage up the stairs until I had made three trips ... read more »

Arrived 2am 25 Oct 2008 and room still held for us after boooking by phone from Singapore. This is plus, imho! Paid 350r's for fan double room, cold water in attached bathroom, bed comfy but fell off mattress as it was too big for base and ended up on floor on my bum! Bit of a shock really! The New Woodlands offers large, clean, and as important - brightly lit rooms in excellent surroundings in a good, central location. Prices are really low compared to other Tier-1 cities.
