Very clean and well-kept hotel in the heart of Ernakulam. There's a Pizza Hut just across the road, and room service will go out for beer if you want!. Definitely the best value-for-money hotel I stayed in during my three months in India. Great place! What a blessing for the budget traveller... This is just a great deal. I enjoyed it totally. The room was super clean, cool, equipped with the necessary and was like 300.- R. ;)

Enjoyed my stay here. Helpful friendly owner, surprisingly quiet, 5-10 minutes walk to the train-station. Rooms are slighty damp, so clothes might not dry. Clean rooms with AC for the budget traveller, esp sgl rooms at smallest rates. Bimbi`s restaurant just opposite is recommendable. Also Indian Coffee House next door for brekki. ... read more »

Great value! 300./ R. for a single non ac room. Big, clean, TV, mineral bottle, no mosqu.,
Friendly staff, very nice owner with even nicer wife:-)
Had a chat with him, offered me cigarettes and coffee and
speaks good english, knows some good ayurvedic places(amongst all the fraud ones).

Excellent hotel, esp. for single traveler, exceptional value for money, 330 non AC 550 AC for single room. This place is like a quiet little Oasis in the middle of Ernakulam. The location is great...2 min. walk from Ernakulam Junction station and there's plenty of food and shopping in the surrounding area. I loved having a Pizza Hut right across the street too. DH Road is on both sides of MG Road at Jos Junction, which can be a bit confusing.
The Durbar Residency is 100 metres from Bimbi's Restaurant - a well-known landmark. If you are travelling by car or auto-rickshaw, just ask for Bimbi's, Jos junction and they'll get you there!
