The new addition to the Green hotel, the value recieved for the price is really great - it is actually newly built so it's especially clean and light. Worth Rs.100 upgrade for the room with the view, since the rooms without it have a little "boxy" feeling. Great staff, very helpfull. The location is a little far from the central area (as most of the hotels in Shwarg ashram area) - take into consideration that about 20 min walk is needed to get there, since vehicles can not cross the Ram Jula bridge. There are regular rikshas that can cary your luggage, but not if you come at the night/late time. This place was nice & smart with big bed, TV, nice bathroom etc. I paid 850 for room with heater in early Jan, it would be 500 without heating.
Green restaurant is also pretty good & the hotel also has internet, travel desk, STD etc. ... read more »

I must give the Green View a big thumbs up, we looked at about a dozen hotels and found this one the cleanest and quietest of the bunch. The rooms are spotless and even comes with the little paper on the toilet saying 'sanitized for you protection', plus those little bottles of shampoo....etc.....
