I did not find the rooms all that clean. I had a hard time getting clean sheets but the room was passable. Only bucket hot water when I was there.It did have good windows and 2 balconies so was great for drying laundry and the staff was very friendly. Let's face Bhubaneswar is a really an uninspiring town and finding a good clean hotel cheap is a bit of a challenge. We looked at about a dozen budget hotels before settling on this one (wife was ill and wanted a clean room) and this was probably the best of the bunch.
