A Niwas family hotel, probably Indian middle class traveller/family stay place. Stayed there because much advertised here Arya Niwas was full and did not bother to look further. Jai Niwas is 5 min by motobike from Arya Niwas, they provided the transportation. converted family house in a quiet residential area. good if you need a rest and some sleep and may be too quiet to stay longer than one night. clean bathroom, hot shower, cable TV, ventilators (what do you call these things on the ceiling?), telephone, laundry, full size mirror in the room (!) I had a weekend stay at Jai Niwas last week. Stay was very good. Our room being a superior one was next to lawn where-in one can have wonderful small yet delightful green view in early mornings.

I stayed in JaiNiwas for three nights with wife. Room was blocked by calling them. No advance was needed only phone number and mode of arrival was asked (may be just to make sure).
