The resort is located in Kondai village surrounded by backwater canals from all sides with neat corridors of coconut trees. The resort has 9 cottages constructed in wood in traditional Kerala style. Running hot water (morning and evening only), internet, fax, laundry, arranging sight-seeing trips. The resort provides fishing, boating, rowing and two hours of cruise in backwaters free of charges.

The resort is spread over 10 acres of island surrounded by shallow backwaer canals making it safe for rowing traditional kerala boats. All cottages are beautifully done in typical Kerala style architecture.
