Maharashtra Hotels Reviews

Great value for Mumbai, especially in this location!, a review for Sea Side Hotel Mumbai (Bombay)
by Wombat on Nov 09, 2009.   Rating:
I stayed there for one night, and a friend stayed there for 3 nights during which I visited (as I was a white female travelling with an Indian male, we were not allowed to check in there, which is fairly common in Mumbai it seems...). Overall this is a fairly basic hotel (as you expect at this price of course), but with all ... read more »
Great place to stay for me and my folks, a review for The Corinthians Club
by Kimberly01 on Sep 11, 2009.   Rating:
Corinthians Club is part athletic club and part hotel. I stayed at Corinthians a couple years ago, and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are large and clean. It's a newer hotel, and fairly priced. After moving to India, my parents came out to visit and stayed in this hotel. They also found it enjoyable. The only down ... read more »
Lemon Tree - Best sleep I had this year, a review for Lemon Tree Hotel, Aurangabad (Sambhajinagar)
by martijn_2m on Aug 11, 2009.   Rating:
We stayed in the Lemon Tree hotel in April 2009. Overall I liked it very much. The hotel is nicely decorated (it is fairly new), the rooms looked very nice and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and helpfull. If you visit, ask one of the guys working there why they all wear a pony tail. Apparently it is mandatory ... read more »
Good choice, especially for business, a review for Fariyas Hotel Mumbai (Bombay)
by pinkyparker on Jul 31, 2009.   Rating:
This is a well-appointed hotel walking distance (15 min) from Gate of India and 10 min. from the shops on Colaba. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are small, but well designed. Ask for a room away from the chambermaids area/closet as workers tend to gather there and can be noisy. Some of the corner rooms have teeny ... read more »
It had an old colonial touch!, a review for Hotel National Pune
by lalitarr on Jun 21, 2009.   Rating:
Stayed here Easter 2009 as a solo female traveller. Owner suggested I stayed in a room in the hotel rather than the cottages as he said it was safer for women! Had a nice, clean room with shower, fan & TV overlooking the garden: single 750 & double 850...it seemed anywhere you wanted to go such as the Osho ashram cost 30 rupees. ... read more »
