I stayed there for one night, and a friend stayed there for 3 nights during which I visited (as I was a white female travelling with an Indian male, we were not allowed to check in there, which is fairly common in Mumbai it seems...).

This is a well-appointed hotel walking distance (15 min) from Gate of India and 10 min. from the shops on Colaba. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are small, but well designed. We were stuck here due to missing a connection flight but it was ok.
the room was basic but good and clean. Comfy beds and hot showers.
