Pal Haveli Jodhpur
Old palace, well maintained, well located near Clock Tower. They have decorated the place with old Indian artifacts. Room was huge with beautiful furnishings. Right across the street from the Omelette Man. Restaurant served good food with Indian entertainment. Hot showers, TV, AC, mini bar Pal Haveli Jodhpur Rates and Room Information

So this is a little confusing. The place we stayed is called "Inn Pal Haveli" which is connected by the same courtyard and building structure as "Pal Haveli" (in Lonely Planet) but is managed by a different part of the family. Or something like that.

The hotel has a great location right off the main market and a wonderful rooftop restaurant with good, reasonably priced food and a terrific view of the fort. However they charged me for a Heritage Room and only gave me a Standard Room and refused to change the price so I would not stay there again. ... read more »
