Here you will see rajasthani family life in your face! You will be made part of the family wether you want to or not! And even end up helping out with the small shop or the STD. A must is the food even if you don't stay. Amazing -everthing is made from fresh ingrediants from the spices which are hand grounded to the wonderful choice of North Indian dishes. Apparently cooking classes are given but I don't see how in such a chaotic atmosphere. Very basic rooms of which there are only two. I was amazed to see that the previous reviews were so old - I ate here in April and the standards were exactly as described - really friendly, helpful people, very relaxed (the owner's granddaughter was napping on the mat in front of me as I ate) and very competitively priced. Although i didn't stay here, it was down the road from our hotel and we came here for an 8 course feast for my birthday last october.
