I stayed here in March '03 and agree it is OK for a bare-bones guest house. Smallish room with good bed, clean linen, shower stall (no sink or toilet), adequate facilities down the hall. I paid 400, as I recall, but there were some better rooms. it's easy to miss the entrance -- just a small sign and then a staircase going up with a small office (with a couple of guys watching tv) on each floor.
