Personally I would never do business...

Personally I would never do business with these people again. They're almost impossible to pin down to get a reservation in the first place, and when we did finally get through the manager was very vague about where we would be staying, mentioning their "sister" hotel nearby. I made it clear that we didn't want to stay anywhere other than the Sheela, but upon our arrival at 11pm (surprise surprise!) we were told that they were full and we were to stay at the other hotel. As it turned out, this was also full, with a stand-up row taking place in reception with another disaffected guest when we arrived!!! We eventually got into our rooms at about 12-30pm after a day's travelling, with the intention of getting up at 5-30am to see the Taj. We were knackered! This second hotel (the Sheela Inn) is, frankly, abysmal ... certainly the worst I've ever stayed in! The Sheela itself looks very nice, but I don't think it's worth the risk of ending up in Fawlty Towers up the road!
