I stayed in club view for about...
Overall: 
Positives: generally decent
Negatives: location, location, location
i stayed in club view for about three weeks (!) on first arriving in hyderabad and, whereas i'd agree with sivani about the fact that it is basically a decent place, club view's location is far from ideal.
tho this obviously has something to do with the length of my stay, i got damn sick of the constant auto rides to get anywhere or do anything (the walk along the big road into central secunderabad ain't particularily nice). dinners, particularily, were a problem - the food at club view is nothing to write home about and, mysteriously, all dishes they serve taste strangely similar.
having said this, club view's location if presumably improving by the day, what with the mushrooming of restaurants and shops that is happening on the stretch of main road just north of the hotel (including mcdonalds, fabindia, etc.)
another point to note about the location is the fact that it is right under the flight path for begumpet airport. it took me a few days to get used to waking up in the middle of the night, to what sounded like a jet about to crash through the roof!
