very comfortably stayed in a 1st floor room w/balcony over the easter weekend. linens were clean and room well planned (mosquito nets on vents/windows and had good usable space). great breakfasts served on the balcony according to daytrip schedule. Saj (the owner) is a 100% people person. upon checkin he reviewed ideas for stay, managed to find a homestay in munnar on an otherwise complete occupancy holiday wknd, and gave excellent references (massage and serah's farm fishing village tour). staff efficiency is at the quality of a 5 star hotel at the same time maintaining genuine interest in each travellers different desires.
