Wonderful guest house!
Overall:

Cleanliness:
Positives: Location, hosts, food
Negatives: empty swimming pool
Stunning views across the Udaipur countryside to the Monsoon Palace. Wonderful to get out of the city, away from the pollution, into the hills. We stayed in the Monsoon Palace suite, which had incredible views and a lovely fresh breeze. The guest house is owned by an englishman who has written books about exploring the Udaipur countryside and can organise trips/treks. He was not there when we visited but his staff (who are a Nepalese family) were very kind. The only negatives were that the pool was empty when we were there due to general water shortage in the area and it was a good 20 mins rickshaw drive out of the city.
