Hotel White is walking distance to the heart of The Mall. It is clean and safe with a very friendly staff.. It doesn't have its own restaurant, but you can pre-order a simple breakfast the night before and it will be brought to your room. Pay for a view room - the rooms on the other side of the hall are dark and probably not worth the money. Some of the view rooms have balconies, but watch out for the monkeys! There are lots of convenience stores close by.
