This is a well-appointed hotel walking distance (15 min) from Gate of India and 10 min. from the shops on Colaba. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are small, but well designed. Ask for a room away from the chambermaids area/closet as workers tend to gather there and can be noisy. Some of the corner rooms have teeny views of the ocean. There is a good beauty/spa salon next door. If noise from the workers bothers you (especially late at night) , call reception right away and they will take care of it.
