Negatives: Very limited water supply, rude staff
Stayed for 2 nights during July, 2009. I was offered economy rooms for off-season rate of Rs 450 a night and then the staff tried to steer me off to nearby hotels. I was told that because of limited water availability I should take my showers etc. from 7 to 8 in the morning.
My room was at a lower level and the room was clean though small. There were two windows but there was no view except the view of the garbage left by somebody living downstairs.
Around midnight I was awaken by the staff who forced me to open the door because he wanted to check the taps in the bathroom for any leakage. Next day there was no water at 7 and I waited and waited. Went upstairs to ask and was told the water will be there shortly. Finally the water started flowing around 8:30 AM and it lasted for about 20-25 minutes, just enough time for me to get about a bucket of geyser-heated warm water to finish my bath. Next day was worse.
There were other incidents too but don't want the review to be too long. It just suffices to say I won't be staying there again.
