Okay, expensive during the Yatra

Stayed for one night during June 2009 Ratha Yatra. It was fairly clean, has ac and tv, though the tv connection was poor. It was quite a bit more expensive than posted on IM, it was about 6,000RS. It may just have been for the Yatra. Anyway, it is supposed to be the best available in Puri, so there you go. The staff was very nice, only had the breakfast, which was served outside in the 100+ degree heat. So that was not a nice experience.
