The hotel is located in a center of a large shopping area. Walking to shops, movies, and restaurants is no hassle. Rickshaws/taxis are plentiful in the area too. Not too far to walk to Marine Dr.
The hotel absolutely has a business/western feel. There is a gym and roof top pool/hottub as well as spa. Additionally, there is a 24 hour cafe adjacent and a grocery in the complex too.
Travel desk wasn't super helpful but the staff was very polite and tried to make our stay pleasant.
Very decent continental food is available. Breakfast buffet was nice.
