A beautiful place to stay for budget travellers.
Overall:
Location:
Staff:
Cleanliness:
Positives: Location, Food, Roof Top Restaurant, nice cosy rooms, etc etc
Negatives: None to speak of.
During my recent visit(Sept 2009) to Jaisalmer I stayed at Shahi Palace for 3 days and enjoyed every bit of it. On Mr Dev's recommendation I also undertook a Camel Safari to a "non-touristic" location away from crowd and enjoyed it thoroughly. Mr Dev was caring enough to provide a Tent(free of cost) for my 8 yr old daughter so that she didnot have sleep at night under the open sky.
