I was really impressed with the quality of service at Sajhome - polite, knowledgable, obliging, it seems that nothing is too much to ask. Saj spent 15 years in Dubai working for Hyatt and has somehow managed to recreate the 5 star worldclass hotel experience in his Kochi homestay. This is an excellent place! always responds promptly to emails, can arrange airport pickup, easy to contact in case of problem/being lost, excellent knowledge of local area and can arrange amusing side trips Saj Homestay Kochi (Cochin) Rates and Room Information
1600 roupies safe, spacious, clean, and comfortable...I slept well here clean sheets, spacious, a/c, fan, hot water, balcony, breakfast served, laundry, arranges tours, etc.

very comfortably stayed in a 1st floor room w/balcony over the easter weekend. linens were clean and room well planned (mosquito nets on vents/windows and had good usable space). great breakfasts served on the balcony according to daytrip schedule.
