This 4 star hotel is only 3 years old. It has granite and marble flooring throughout and is immaculate. The hotel is extremely modern with a fantastic lift and great swimming pool. Breakfast is included in the price and was the best we hd in India. We stayed at the Lalitha Palace and The Viceroy before arriving here and we preferred Sandesh the Prince. It is of a high standard for a 4 star and the staff are wonderful. It is much cheaper than Lalitha Palace and only slightly more than the shabby Viceroy hotel. Satellite TV. Hot water. Lots of goodies in the bathroom! Fridge. Table & chairs. Complimentary buffet breakfast. Sandesh The Prince Mysore Rates and Room Information

We were very happy with a two-night stay at STP. It's truly a solid 3-star experience, about the same level of luxury as the Trident Hilton chain in India.
