On our yearly trip to India and Chennai my husband and I decided to try the Residency Towers since it opened a few years ago. The rooms are very well laid out and comparable to western standards. We booked this hotel before leaving home and it was to be our first nights accommodation for the beginning of our one month in India. The driver organised by the hotel met us at the airport as promised and duly dropped us at the hotel. A really nice business class hotel and also a treat after roughing it. I stayed in a room overlooking the pool with views to the city. They have a travel desk and bookstore in the lobby. Also taxi pick up at the airport. ... read more »
