I stayed in this hotel twice already and can only recommend it as it is one of the top-located hotels in Udaipur at the waterfront and only a short walk from the City Palace. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They tried their best to fulfill my 1001 wishes around the clock. The hotel has some very pretty rooms ... read more »

The guest house is owned by an englishman who has written books about exploring the Udaipur ... read more »

We stayed at Hibiscus (also known as Haveli on the Lake which was Carol and Babu's previous guest house) in December 2008. It was our favourite place to stay at - restored beautifully, clean and sparkling new. Carol and Babu are lovely and very helpful hosts. The dog is a little bit scary though so if you have a phobia of big ... read more »
