This guesthouse is not spectacular but does what it says on the tin. We had an AC room for 500rs with a view of rooftops and the river. The restaurant is OK, we found the travel desk very helpful and efficient, there is also internet access, a good laundry which is reasonably priced and a free boat ride. We booked an AC room by phone but when we arrived the staff claimed they did not have AC rooms and gave us a very hot room with no windows for 700rs. We were extremely annoyed and had a very hot night as the electricity also went off for hours!! Needless to say, we moved on the next day. So be very careful that you get what ... read more »
