We booked this hotel in late July 2005 for three nights and paid a lot for low season rate. They claimed to be 5 star hotel. After toy train ride we checked in the hotel and found no hot water. Whole hotel had wet carpet and it had slippery everywhere once you step out. No hot water...complained and brough a buckt of warm ... read more »
